For all deliveries within South Africa we offer two courier options: Economy or Express via The Courier Guy; or Collect at pickup point via Pargo.
Delivery cost and time is based on location, parcel weight and selected option. You can check your delivery charges in your shopping cart after adding your goodies.
You are also welcome to arrange your own collection and we will inform you as soon as your order is ready for collection
Orders are packed and shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours from the payment date. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
The cut off time for shipping is 13:00 (1 p.m.) Monday to Friday.
Failed Deliveries
It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to accept delivery or collect from the requested pick up point.
If the courier cannot deliver, or a parcel is not collected, the couriers levy a charge to return these parcels to us. We cannot issue a replacement or refund until we receive the returned parcel, and all delivery and return charges will be for your account.
Deliveries outside of South Africa
If you are based outside of South Africa and would like to place an order, please get in touch via email (sales@crystalclawz.co.za) to check if the products you would like to order can be delivered to your country.
Please note - our shipping is a courier door to door service, but does not include the duties, taxes and customs clearance in your own country. You will need to check these at your end as we don't have this information available.
